Enroll as a new Synergy Team Member in October, November or December 2019.
Achieve the BRONZE pin level: get a $200 bonus! This bonus comes in addition to the standard commissions and bonuses potentially earned.
Achieve an even higher pin level: get a bigger, better bonus! All the way through Team Manager, the cash is yours for the taking.

A few things to keep in mind:
If the new Team Member advances all the way from Bronze to Team
Manager before the end of the year, they will earn $2400 total extra
The pin level advancements need to be achieved by the newly enrolled Team Member before Jan 1, 2020.

Introducing a new leader at the helm for Synergy North America: Eddie Silcock.
Bringing world-class sales expertise and a proven track record for
elevating businesses, Eddie is ready to help Synergy Team Members
achieve new levels of success.
Earlier this year, Eddie Silcock joined Nature’s Sunshine (NSP) as its
Executive Vice President, and as President of North America for both
Synergy and NSP. His efforts to bring structure and growth to NSP North
America began in April 2019. Now, in this quarter, he will initiate both
short and long term efforts to help Synergy Team Members across the
continent. Dan Norman will continue to work closely with Eddie while
focusing on his responsibilities as President of Synergy Asia and NSP

Prior to joining the company, Eddie had served as Chief Sales Officer

Young Living Essential Oils. Additionally, Eddie spent over two decades
working with Avon, where he was instrumental in helping their US
business reach over $1.2 Billion as Vice President, North American
Sales. With his experience leading teams in North America, Europe, Latin
America and Asia to drive record-breaking growth and sales, Eddie is
ready to build greater momentum for Synergy.
CEO of NSP & Synergy WorldWide, has tasked Eddie with the
transformation of our North America business, and has asked him to
deliver creative, consumer-driven solutions. With a great amount of
trust, Terrence has placed Eddie in this role for the benefit of our
